In the 12 years since I left home I usually go back for only a week or two at most. These short visits are usually preceded by fairly intense negotiations with the sibling and meal planning to ensure we each get to eat our absolute favourite dishes. Having her here for the past few months has meant we get to try various things that don’t usually make the roster of “greatest hits” but are delicious nonetheless. Like this fantastic ???? ??????? (Buttermilk curry) and ???? ?????? (Cabbage).
